Today I want to share some timely video's that I viewed while looking for something else! That happens a lot!
Peaceful, tranquil, contemplative sights. This was a scene last Fall at Phipps in the Japanese garden. There are little benches scattered through the garden for your repose.
- Anyway, here is a little video by L.C. Media that just may apply to your day to day questions for mending and altering garments. You can view how to hem a heavy seam in denim, how to shorten a sleeve on a sweatshirt, how to collect those thread tails on your spools, a well balanced zig-zag stitch to mimic professional finishes, using a hair band for a seam guide, how to apply a fashion trim to enlarge a RTW garment by an inch or so! HERE.
- One of my favorite bridal shower gifts is a special bowl or cook pot paired with it's own carrier. When asked to contribute to a dinner I usually pair that food item with a serving bowl, sort of generic in style to blend with the hosts dinnerware, and its own carrier so it can be reused, and/or re-gifted!
- Good day stitchers!
