I'm trying to occupy my mind with some frivolity, some distractions, and came upon some email that I had not opened. Emma Bridgewater has released a new line for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
Everything from mugs for your tea, serving pieces, even tea towels and trays are included in this collection.
On a couple of the items, the brand has collaborated with new
not-for-profit initiative, The Queen's Green Canopy. Running throughout
this jubilee year, its aim is to plant trees and create green spaces in
deprived urban areas across the UK to benefit the natural wildlife,
improve air quality and reduce pollution levels. For each item sold, a
£5 donation will be made.
Breakfast in the garden anyone? Well, maybe after the snow melts!
