Good Morning Quilters! My mail has been blessed this week by photo's of finished quilts by my Quilty Friends. This adorable baby quilt has been shared by dear friend Linda Sue. This is the perfect example of just how creative you can be with the charming little panel prints and yardage that we all pick up because they are so darn cute!
For those fortunate enough to have babies coming into their life, what better gift than a sweet little quilt. I still have one made for my first child by his great-grandmother. It is worn but holds memories that bring back wonderful times. The same pattern was used for my second child, but he really "used" it and it did not survive!
This sweet alphabet panel was alternated with contrasting fabric and framed with with pops of solids! Too cute. Thank you for sharing Linda Sue. The applique name on the right side, well, it's the best! Hand quilted too!- My quilting friends are innovative and always stretching their creative muscles.
- While Snow Bird, Linda Sue, is enjoying fair weather, I am sure her fingers are busy!
- I am sure I will have more from her in the future.
