Good Day dear stitching friends. Spring is upon us and the blooms and birdsong are invigorating...well inspiring anyway! It is not secret that dishware and pottery are passions of mine. My Polish Pottery collection is quite large and it is also my every day dishware. I strongly believe that even grilled cheese tastes better when served on a well laid table.
In warmer weather I tend to make a large pot of tea early in the day and have my first cup, scalding hot from that pot. It is my mid-morning break. For the rest of the day that pot cools and is dressed with some lemon or lime and some sparkling ice. Soon, the mint will be ready for harvest. My Father loved his tea unsweetened with mint.
