As 2021 moves along, yet another hallmark day has arrived. I remember childhood times when we would scrounge the house for a decent shoe box and cover it with colored paper, lace, buttons, even macaroni! There was a little slot cut into the lid where class mates would drop their little Valentine Cards. We would have a little party, the home room mothers would make "Blend" punch and bring cookies. It was such a fun day, when we got home we would check to see who all gave us cards....and who did not!
