A Threaded Needle, A New Source for Fabrics, and French Cooking

A snowy day in Pa. This is the Western side lawn, the hill is steep, Lola loves to run up there! Then she comes in all covered with little frozen snowballs on her legs and feet. She loves the cold, then she naps.

One big bundle of white curly curls! She always uses a pillow, I know, this is the dog sofa, she doesn't share.

Are you looking for a website that sells quality fabrics at reasonable prices both wholesale and retail? You might want to check out Marshall Dry Goods.  I discovered this selection after several references from one of my online quilt groups. Take a look, nice selection, I have not purchased anything yet but they have wide fabrics, suitable for quilt backings.

And last but not least, Susan Herrmann Loomis, an American living in Paris. A celebrated chef, author, teacher, now has a new You Tube channel called Dancing Tomato's. I have a few of her beautiful books and she is sharing her personality and skills to the public now. Attending her seminars in France is the dream of a lifetime for many Francophiles, you can get a little taste of her style HERE, on Dancing Tomatoes!  A favorite, Croque Monsieur, HERE
