Tuesday Tea Time, as the Snowflakes Fall

A high tea in Sewtopia on this cold, blustery, and snowy day. Simple and quick we had a bit of chicken noodle soup, chicken salad sandwich and some sweet little Gingerbread wafer cookies!
Of course, the Polish stoneware is our everyday ware. The pot was purchased at Wholey's in the "Strip" in Pittsburgh several years ago, the small bubble mugs were a gift from a former family member. She had good taste.
I might be enchanted with these stoneware pieces. Each canister is only about 8 inches tall and just so darn cute. You may notice that I make no effort to match designs. I like the mismatch of each style. One holds Lipton tea, the other sweeteners.
A friend and I used to joke that it was difficult to find a nice square plate! I found these little square desert plates at Blue Rose Pottery, an online retailer.

I have begun dehydrating fruits for my gift tags and garlands for Christmas. Here two oranges are showing today! I use the dehydrator function in my Breville Countertop Oven. Works like a charm.
