Seen on Facebook: Teapot Pin Cushion

No photo description available.
My Social Media adventures are mostly limited to close friends in a closed forum, a few jokes, sewing and quilting stuff. This is one example. I hope to find one good share per week from there and you can adapt as you please!
Well, who wouldn't like to have a pin cushion hidden in a tea pot? Really! I have one that has a crack, broke my heart, that just might work for this, I need to check the size of the opening. You could store thread, thimble and scissors in there and hide it in plain sight!
Seen on Quilters Digest, directions HERE!
  • I have some great Sew, Show and Tell projects to share this week, next post.
  • This Summer is going way too fast.
  • Public Service Tip: take great care if bitten/or stung by insects. I have seen and heard about more devastating infections recently than I have in some time. What seems to be a simple mosquito bite turns into MRSA. (Methicillin resistant bacterial infection) or E. Coli infection. If you develop any redness that does not dissapate in a day or two, have intense itch or pain that travels beyond the area of bite, or a numbness in that area get thee to an urgent med or your doctor. Any time this happens near your eye is a time for concern. Antibiotics and/or steroids may need to be taken. Better safe than sorry.
