When I See Beautiful Scrap Quilts, I Know Where They Came From

Just look at this sweet Scrap Quilt, isn't it a charmer? Alternating print and light blocks created the most cuddly and sweet little snuggler.

Of course, Rose from The Ladies of the Cloth Gathering is the maker of this one as well.
Look at this sweet floral beauty. Chevron bands alternating with white, it doesn't get any better than this, does it?
Beautifully quilted, it is a fine example of scrap quilting, again.
A work in progress, you just never know how all these seemingly disparate pieces will finally end up.
  • When you understand color putting something like this together is easy. For me, not so much.
  • The big question of the week for me is.....will people ever dress well again? So many clothes with essentially no shape, no style, just sloppy t shirts that fall apart after two washings. Sad.
  • Have you seen the new PBS series, Mrs. Wilson? You might want to check it out. Quality acting, twisted plot, entertaining. Isn't that what television is supposed to be?
