Much Like the Grand Finale Firework Display, Jewelry

I promised to share Terri's Kimi work on a previous post and here it is. Aren't these the bomb?😎
Itty-bitty tiny little beads woven into chevrons and other patterns (I don't know the name of the patterns, I am not a beader, bet you couldn't tell!)

Now just look at the bead on that bracelet. Collecting the "findings" can become a hobby all by itself! The pearl bracelet below sparkles and looks very 1920's to me.

Again, love that bead!

Wow, now this takes lots of patience.

Check out those earrings!

A different application, beautiful.

This sparkler has the same chevron pattern with the opposite presentation of the beads on the other side. I thought I had a photo of that, but alas, I do not.

  • It is fun to step away from our usual work to  try something new, different. From felting to beading, weaving to cross-stitch, quilters have versatility.
  • I have had my cross-stitch set aside for a while, I am getting the urge to start on that again because knitting my large wool afghan is a bit much right now, it is 93 degrees outside and just the thought tires me.
  • I do have a little knitted project to share soon.
