Do You Visit Quilt Shops When Traveling?

Just look at these appliqued Yo-Yo's on this Happy little quilt! Love the idea, love the colors, love the multiple sizes of Yo-Yo's!!!! Shabby Chic, meets modern with a nod to the 1930's.
I suspect this is a view from the Choir Loft. Holy Fabric Collections!
It is Raining Featherweights and Pinwheels here.
A whole new perspective on the use of a Pew.
One of my favorite activities while traveling is to visit quilt shops. Sometimes that visit is the one and only reason for the trip! I call those Field Trips. I am itching for a little trip but right now I thought these photo's from All People Quilt will have to do. This re-purposed church is absolutely Devine! Hope you enjoyed the tour. For more shop photos go to All People Quilt photos. Tour great quilt shops all over the US in this weekly online issue.

The yo-yo quilt is absolutely gorgeous; want to make one immediately! Got the entire range of round yo-yo makers and a whole load of charms and scraps...
The colours make it look so fresh and festive. Love it.
Cheers,

Jeanneke.
