Serenity Sunday, Regal Wildlife

A friend forwarded this photo on Facebook the other day. Cardinals, Redbirds, are such beautiful creatures and we have so enjoyed watching them this season in our feeder. No matter how I try I have not been able to capture them this well on film.

 The caption with this photo series reads: A Cardinal is a representative of a loved one who has passed. When you see one, it means they are visiting you. They usually show up when you most need them or miss them. They also make an appearance during times of celebration as well as despair to let you know they will always be with you. Look for them, they'll appear.

I have never heard that before but I think it is a lovely memorial to the beauty of nature and the mysteries of life and death, Stay well, Stay warm.
