Color and Design, I Can See Quilts From Here!


Whether studying books, tile floors or paintings the design possibilities for quilts and borders can be culled from many sources. These are taken from a CD and Book from doverpublishing.com.
The Tadjik people of Central Asia are known for their skills in decorative art and use of color and design.  These prints are studies in their skill. I see quilts.  Printed panels in these designs would be great for Kaleidoscope piecing or whole cloth.
