| Tomorrow is a National Holiday in the US. In my area we have several long term care facilities, skilled nursing facilities as well as rehabilitation centers for Veterans. By donating bed quilts, small quilts to be used as lap robes as well knitted or crocheted covers, the sewing groups and guild help brighten the day for those in care. Our Guild recently received a request for wall hanging quilts to decorate the public areas. What a great idea. A small project would have much meaning for the Veteran and their visitors. | |||||||||
