While sorting through some photo's I thought I would add these. The first is a patchwork design of half-square triangles that develop a secondary design of windmills. I made this last year from two stacks of charm squares (5 inch pre-cut squares) and two "jelly-roll" sets. (2 1/2 inch strips pre-cut the width of the fabric.) The design is mine. It measures approximately 60 inches square. It was machine pieced and hand quilted on a grace Z44 quilt frame. Photo included. This frame is the ultimate for hand quilters but it does require a significant amount of space. It is adjustable to multiple positions and heights. My favorite floor frame.
The other is a hand-worked Redwork design from a pattern I purchased at a quilt show. (no longer available) It is hand quilted and bordered in a Christmas theme fabric.
