Linda Sue Finishes Her Star Quilt!

Finished the quilt top I have been working on for my brother for years. Now I am deciding whether to border it. Mary Beth Hartmett’s Snow Day Surprise 2011, on which this is based, did not show it bordered. It also did not show it this big or with the appliqué Birds and Boughs medallion. Thinking cap is on!

One of our Snowbirds showed us this quilt in its unfinished stages. Her plan was to center the applique and guild the stars around it.

A lovely gift it will be, great job Linda Sue!
