Knitting in the South

Large and small needles! Recently took part in an open studio hosted by the Blue Pelican gallery and facilitated by Michelle of the Crafty Diva Cottage. The project is a “yarn tasting” afghan, using huge circular needles and multiple strands of any yarn that catches your fancy. Mine are 35s and I selected a base of Cascade pink Superwash (220 and 128) with which I added various coordinating yarns. So far I am pleased.

With all the pink yarn, I could not resist trying one of my rolled edge caps in the light Superwash. It went smoothly. Obviously it needs a starfish.
