The Granddogs

 This has been an unproductive week but the bright spot was dinner with Dear Son and DIL. It was a beautiful day for our travel and we were greeted by Stewart and Bradley.


This is Stew. He is a delicate and sweet dog. Always carrying his blanket around for security. He did drop it for this photo. Look at those eyes! Prematurely gray,  he needs "Just for Dogs" hair color.

 Stew is on the left and Bradly is on the right. You would not believe how hard it was to get these two enthusiastic dogs to stay in one position for more than 2 seconds.

See this look on Brad? That is him through and through. The happiest dog in town, yes that is a smile. Bradly was a rescue and knows how lucky he is.

I was showing DIL a new crochet pattern and Brad was in my lap within seconds of sitting down, he helped, so to speak. 

Today I am getting some sort of bronchitis "sick as a dog" thing. Miserable. I spent all of Friday and Saturday completing all household and other obligation tasks so I could spend today sewing. Instead I will likely play with my new looms. Best laid plans of mice and men.........
