A Blogland This and That

A Christmas Theme Wall Quilt.....now where did I put this?
As the Holidays approach I find myself looking for something different this year. Since most of my friends and family have Pets, a little something for them is always appreciated. On the Sew Mama Sew blog a nice little selection of ideas for the pampered pet are presented in this post. Pet Gifts can be toys, cushions, or snacks. My Labs like to wear Neck scarves. I will be searching the stash for some Holiday themed fabric to cut the triangles and finish them with a rolled edge on the serger.

Lucy needs some new clothes

Have you been thinking of a special vacation? On a foreign shore, surrounded by grand pastoral landscape and great food? Imagine touring Normandy with an amazing lady taking you to the finest brocante shops around. Well then, you will need to get in touch with Sharon Santoni. She has the new tour dates announced and it might be just what you need. Even if you cannot travel, her blog will let you visit virtually and take in all that great tranquility of her French Country Home.

Will she be able to add another thing in this space??????

Husband says the whole place is starting look like an episode of "Hoarders!"

And since it seems like I am always rearranging the studio, this post caught my eye. At House of Pinheiro. a re-do is in progress. I love to look at other Sewist's work space. I will be playing around this afternoon to accommodate a  new member to the collection. When I moved back into this space I thought I had maximized the space wisely. Now I need to re-think some elements.  I am so fortunate to have a dedicated space with lots of storage and comfort. Just need a bit of a tweak!  Later.
