Good morning Sewists! Hope your Christmas and Hanukkah celebrations are going well. During this two week period leading up to and during the Holidays I cook, a lot. But something as simple as the egg frequently needs a boost. Enter a new method for cooking the fried egg. Not a fan, I prefer a poach but it is a bit of a pain. I saw this method on an internet cooking site the other day and tried it out on the Mr. It was a hit so I thought I would share it with my readers as well.
